ROOT CHAKRA (first) To me this has allways been the most important one to me. It is VERY, VERY important to keep this chakra free of blockages, because when healing, sitting in a circle or going to a unkown energy source PLEASE PLEASE make sure you are `GROUNDED`. Grounded being in touch with mother earth, like electricity in the house if is is not grounded properly PROBLEMS will arise. You will know when you are `grounded` because you will feel the earthing energy in the root chakra.
