We all have the ability to heal in some way or other, Reiki is a knowledge within yourself and your teacher will awaken that knowledge.
I have been instructed in both the Usui and Tibetan Systems
First Degree
This process normally takes a day to complete. ( At first degree level I ask you work on your self only)
Starting at approximately 9.00 a.m. We shall first look at why you want to be a Reiki practioner. Then you will be led through a meditation to clear your mind this will last for half an hour. Then we shall explain about Reiki its self. (time is allowed for the trainee to ask questions at all times). Just before lunch you will be instructed on the attunement process how it works etc..
Lunch
You will be shown a Reiki mediation leading up to the attunement process. After the attunement has taken place some basic techniques will be taught. To make sure that you leave with the correct training we ask you to do a treatment on us so we know that you have been taught properly and have understood what has been said/demonstrated for you. Discussion about the sensations you got during the practice treatment
Finnish 5.30-6.00 p.m.
Certificate and Manual supplied
Second Degree
This level can be done in a day but it is recommended that two days be allowed for this level. It will double the strength of the First degree attunement.
Day one
Starting at 9.00a.m. Settle straight into a meditation for half an hour to clear the mind. Then the second degree symbols and their uses are explained. We shall also look at some slightly more Reiki enhancing techniques. Then a small test shall be completed so you can draw the symbols. Know where and how to use them. You will also be shown some slight variations of the same symbol.
After completing this course you will be able to work on others. Time to get yourself insured!!!!!!
Finnish 5.00 p.m. (one hour dinner break shall be taken)
Day Two
9.00 a.m. Recap previous day. (symbols, techniques) Then the clearing mediation. Explanation of the second degree attunement.
Dinner one hour
Second degree attunement you will be given the opportunity to write down your experience of the attunement. A practice treatment will be done to make sure you can do what you will have learnt
Finnish 5.00 p.m. ( certificate and manual supplied)
Third Degree
This is also referred to as the Master degree.
With this comes a lot of responsibility because by this time the healer will have a great knowledge at their finger tips and will be able to teach Reiki to others and look deeper into a clients' problems .
THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU AUTOMATICALLY BECOME A SUPER ENLIGHTENED PERSON.
This is a two day course.
First day
Start 9.00a.m with meditation to clear the mind. You will be taught the master symbols for Usui Reiki (those that have also elected to do the Tibetan side will have a bit more to learn)
Dinner One hour
Symbol test followed by an explanation of the Master attunement. The attunement time is allowed to write down feelings/sensations and discuss them. You will then be shown further techniques to get deeper into the spiritual side of Reiki. You will be asked to give an healing attunement. you will be told to study the healing attunement process for first, second degree.
Finnish 6.00p.m.
Second Day
Start 9.00a.m opening mediation discussion on what makes a Reiki master. A demonstration will be given on the first degree attunement and you will be asked to show how it is done. Same for the second degree attunement.
Dinner one hour
Master attunement demonstrated and repeated by students you will be shown how to do self attunements and how to practice attunements on pillows/teddy bears. Question time and practice.
Finnish 6.00 p.m. Certificate and manual supplied
Rei Ju
This is a one day course 9.00 -5.00 p.m.
You will be taught the latest Techniques
I will happily teach all the above providing the person is ready to accept the ways of Reiki.
